The company, Property of Turkey, is a family based business and is also a member of Kusemder Real Estate Association and Chamber of Commerce which I think gives that extra bit of security to the buyer. Sharon is from Cork, Ireland and Bulent from Turkey and with this combination, we received excellent customer care and had absolutely no problem whatsoever with the language barrier. Through their expertise the process of buying our Villa was made very easy, I wish it was as simple to buy a home in Northern Ireland as it was in Turkey. No task was a problem for them (altering of plans, costing of furniture packages, etc) especially buying off-plan and on this note, we definitely would recommend to buying this way, as in the next phase, the purchase of similar Villa has risen in cost by 15% in six months.
